The new Variobend bending machine

We are proud to present to you the new acquisition of our bending center Metrapan, namely the most modern automated double-sided bending machine of the renowned manufacturer Variobend . State-of-the-art machines and equipment ensure the highest quality, precision and speed of the production process.

With the help of the most modern technology and the latest software, Variobend 4.0 enables quick and easy transformation of sheet metal, namely galvanized sheet metal up to a thickness of 1.5 mm and aluminum up to a thickness of 2.00 mm.

It is distinguished by a number of technical features, namely: Working length: 6,400 mm ; bending angle: 145° ; working depth: 1,250 mm ; machine length: 7,220 mm ; bending direction: both sides (up and down) .

Thus, in addition to the newest and most modern Variobend bending machine, in the Meltal bending center we have three modern CNC bending machines from the manufacturers Jorns and SAS available, with which in PE Kranj , PE Maribor and PE Slovenja vas pri Ptuj , we take care of the rapid production of standard and non-standard forms of borders , ridge, snow heads, profiles, shelves, angular gutters,...
