Vapor permeable films from the renowned manufacturer Riwega with 155g.
Vapor-permeable films RIWEGA USB CLASSIC LIGHT 155g have been present on the European market for 20 years! The lightest for the roof, the most resistant for the wall! Three-layer waterproof film with high vapor permeability (Sd 0.02m), recommended for roofs with slopes greater than 30% and for sealing the thermal envelope in the case of a ventilated facade. Anti-reflective and anti-slip. Use under photovoltaic panels: NO
Vapor permeable film RIWEGA USB CLASSIC LIGHT 155g is a waterproof film with high water vapor permeability, consisting of three layers; the top and bottom layers are made of non-woven polypropylene fabric that protects the inner functional layer made of UV-10 PP Plus polypropylene. The three layers are interconnected and welded using a thermal welding process. With its grammage of 155 g/m2 , RIWEGA USB CLASSIC LIGHT 155g is a vapor-permeable film that is at the same time the lightest when used on the roof (according to the UNI standard only for slopes greater than 30%) and among the heaviest and most robust wall films when used as protection for thermal insulation in ventilated facades. The concepts of roof protection and sealing must be applied in the same way to wall protection. In this case, it is essential that the ventilation wall is also protected on the outside with a vapor-permeable and waterproof film. Vapor permeable film RIWEGA USB CLASSIC LIGHT 155g is a wall vapor permeable film with a sufficiently high weight per surface unit and is therefore sufficiently strong and resistant to mechanical loads and tears and is also waterproof and protects against wind.

Vapor-permeable foils are used in ventilated roofs and facades and allow the passage of water vapor from thermal insulation. This reduces the possibility of moisture condensation. The water vapor permeability of the foil is important, which is indicated by the SD factor and should be as low as possible.
